1) Decorated & Custom Items (Final Sale)
All decorated or customized products are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange unless the item is defective or we shipped the wrong product.
“Decorated” includes (but is not limited to) embroidery, screen print, heat transfer, DTF/DTG, deboss/emboss, laser engraving, patches, sublimation, and personalization.
If you believe a decorated item is defective or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number, clear photos of the issue, and a brief description so we can make it right.
2) Blank/Undecorated Items
We accept returns of blank (undecorated) items within 30 days of delivery when the item is:
- In the same condition you received it (unused, unworn)
- With original tags/labels
- In the original packaging (including any inner polybags)
Sale items and gift cards are not returnable.
3) Shortages & Overages
Due to standard production tolerances in custom decoration and bulk orders, Alpha-Zulu reserves the right to ship and invoice up to ±10% of the ordered quantity. This variance covers manufacturing loss, print setup waste, and quality control rejections. Invoices will reflect the actual quantity shipped, which constitutes full and complete fulfillment of the order.
If your order experiences a shortage greater than 10%, contact admin@alpha-zulu.com within 5 business days of delivery for review and resolution.
4) How to Start a Return or Report an Issue
Email admin@alpha-zulu.com with:
- Your order number
- The item(s) and quantity
- The reason for the return
- Photos if damaged/defective
Do not ship items back until we approve the return. Approved returns will receive a return shipping label and instructions.
5) Damages, Defects, or Wrong Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us right away if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. If approved, we will replace the item or issue a refund/credit.
6) Exchanges
Need a different size or color for a blank item? The quickest route is to return the original (if eligible) and place a new order once your return is approved.
7) Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval. If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may require additional time to post the credit.

8) Non-Returnable Items (Summary)
